Favorite collagen on the market! I put a serving in my coffee every morning! The consistency is always the same with this company, easy to use, comes in a nice large jar. It dissolves easy and I definitely notice a difference if I ever stop using it. I have been using this same collagen now going on 3 years and I would never use a different kind. If you’re looking for a great multi collagen this is the one! It’s very effective, my skin is softer hair is shiny and grows like crazy my joints are better all around. Highly recommend!

I love these collagen peptides. dissolve completely in any liquid you put them in. I add 2 scoops to my morning glass of water every morning. I have noticed that after a month or so of taking these I have lost less hair and that is quite amazing too considering. The effectiveness of these peptides I would say is very effective. I have no digestive side effects and love taking them right away in the morning. I have also got my coworker to start taking these every day for more joint health for her bones.

In my opinion there is no fishy smell or taste. It blends perfectly into water and doesn’t alter the taste in any way. I noticed the increased energy since I’ve started taking it. I would recommend taking it in the morning instead of the evening because I still had energy in the night which affected my sleep. I just started taking it and would review further after prolonged use.

Use it with Terina multivitamin routine. I started taking a good multivitamin with this to make sure I was getting the full effects of the collagen. I also started increasing my PT sessions at home, doing at least 2-3 PT session daily. Moving your body helps increase circulation through your body which helps pump nutrients into that part of your body.
I’ve been dealing with a lot of knee pain from a knee injury I got 7 months ago. Bone contusions and micro cartilage tearing can take over a year to fully heal. Recommended nice product. There’s a clear difference in my nail and skin health (haven’t noticed changes with hair). I add it to my iced coffee. i found out the hard way when I mixed it with water one day and proceeded to drink it …. a scoop into your beverage (helps if you have a shaker bottle).

I have been taking this for the last 2 years. I can absolutely attest to the amazing results of this product. Mostly, it’s my hair. I am 62 and I get compliments on may hair all the time. It’s become thicker, stronger and grows a lot faster than it ever used to. My skin has also improved and my nails are very strong and no longer split and break like they used to. I put a scoop in water every morning. LOVE this stuff!
