I like that it’s loose powder so I can control how much I take.
I first got this to help with PCOS symptoms, but never really noticed anything for it so stopped.
Decided to try it again since I still had a lot left and when looking for a dose to try, saw that it could be used for anxiety/stress/depression.
It intrigued me bc I was going through a lot of stress at that time so decided to give it a try at the doses I saw suggested. 5-10g. 1tsp for me is about 5-6g so I’ve been doing 1 tsp in the morning and 1 tsp after dinner and lemme tell you… IT WORKS. -
Love taking Fertistol for my PCOS. It’s helped my acne a lot and helps somewhat with my energy. I took capsules before this and it was kinda of a pain to be taking so many to get the recommended amount so I switched to this kind and it’s much easier to take. I just put it either in my water or protein shake in the morning and I’m done. I like the price as most other brands are more expensive and have lower quality. I got the biggest jar so it was a little more expensive but still worth it for the price. I’ve had no bad side effects. I would recommend this for anyone with PCOS to try. I’ve been taking it for about a month now so still need to give it a minimum of 3 months for it to really do work in your body but it the same for any vitamin and consistency is key for anything natural you take. This is not a quick fix but it will help if you give it time. I love it and will continue to take it.

I spent a lot of time searching for something that could work as a more natural option to support ovulation and overall fertility health. While I was taking it, I started noticing some changes, including fuller breasts and feeling slightly more nauseous than usual. I also noticed a significant boost in my energy levels. I typically rely on coffee, but while using this product I didn’t feel like I needed it, and I didn’t experience the usual energy crashes either. I definitely plan on starting it again and being more consistent with it. A little back story. I learned of potentially having PCOS of Feb 2025 when me and my partner moved forward through my new OB for our fertility journey. how my cycles have been since March of 2025. The first container I took was Fertistol. I purchased that April 23 of 2025.
I believe some hearbal teas which I had the well known tea and progesterone risings tea is what made me fall pregnant right before moving forward with fertility treatment around the same date as the Fertistol I purchased.
I only took it for 3 days then stopped when I found out I was pregnant. Well unfortunately that pregnancy did not last long for I wound up miscarrying labor day week of 2025. I was so depressed and sad to say the least.So once I was miscarrying I started taking the fertistol again and I believed it helped regulate my cycle after miscarrying.
Fast forward I fell pregnant AGAIN and found out late Aug. So I literally only had two cycles before falling pregnant again. I do believe the Fertistol helped me to say the best Myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol with other good ingredients formulation.
