We currently offer Free Standard Shipping if your order is over Rs. 1200/. Shipping may take 2-4 days.

Return, Exchange and Refund Policy Of Actviz Pharma

Any product may be returned within 10 days of purchase. For any product that you are not satisfied with, please call 0337-3164485 or email us and you’ll receive instruction on how to get an exchange or a refund.
If you suspect your product has been tampered with, please be sure to keep the original product and product packaging if possible. We’ll provide instruction on how to send the product back.

How do I return Actviz Pharma products if purchased from a different store?

If you purchased Actviz Pharma products online on another website, please follow the instruction on that site for returns and refund.
If you purchased Actviz products at one of our retailer partners, please return the item to that store according to their return and refund policy.
